Shipping and forwarding policy:

1. Method of delivery:
All orders are delivered through a 3rd party - shipping unit.
The Book will be shipped from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 

2. Shipping cost:
All orders in Vietnam are free shipping charges.

International orders will be charged as follows:
- Asia country: 500,000VND/Order.
- Other country: 1,500,000VND/Order.

3. Shipping times:
- Vietnam: Within 3 ~ 5 working days from the time of payment confirmation.
- International: Within 5 ~ 10 working days from the time of payment confirmation.

Note: When there are any delays in delivery, all will be notified via email or the customer phone number registered.
